Setting Subscription Cancellation Defaults Estimated Reading Time: 1 Minutes You can set defaults actions for when a subscription is cancelled. Go to Settings > Configurations. In the Subscription settings section, click Manage. For the Cancelling subscriptions section, choose when to cancel the subscription, either immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle. Turn on the option to generate a final invoice to settle the remaining balance with refunds or charges. Set your cancellation policy to one of the following:Invoice the whole cycleWait until the end of the current cycle and invoice the whole cycleInvoice only what was consumedWait until the end of the current cycle and invoice only what was consumedWhen the subscription is cancelled by the client If the subscription is paid in advance, select what to do with that balance:Do nothing – No refundRefund remaining days of cycleSave as credit Note: When a subscription is cancelled by a customer, the options in the subscription will be upheld.
